Preferred room and flatmate description

Flatmate needed to join two others (24 and 29 yr old females) for a flatshare in a fantastic location. Flat is located in the Alexandra Park area of Muswell Hill, 5 minutes walk from Alexandra Palace and park, and a short distance from Muswell Hill and Wood Green. Bus stop outside flat (184) for quick access to Wood Green/Bounds Green tubes (5mins) and Alexandra Palace FirstCapitalConnect station 10 mins walk away (2 mins by bus). Muswell Hill is a 15 min walk away and the 102 stops just round the corner for easy access to East Finchley.

Hillside location with lovely views. Access to shared garden, which is cared for by landlord. It is a small bedroom that is available but this is balanced with a large modern kitchen and lovely sunny and comfortable lounge. The bedroom comes partly furnished with a wardrobe. It easily fits a double bed and has a small bay window which gives it character! We are clean and tidy and are looking for someone who appreciates a nice flat. Rent is not inclusive of bills, but these come to approximately £90 a month.

I have lived here for 3 years and love it. It is a shame to be leaving both the flat and the lovely flatmates. Matt
