House is very close to the cricket ground and the quay and the marsh at stanpit. The house is quirky and has just had a large extension with wood burning stove added so that the kitchen and lounge are one big room, so to speak.. The house has a good feel to it and the bedroom that is free is due to the extension and a re arranging of the rooms, The kitchen is also brand new with all new appliances, integral dishwasher, gas hob and double electric oven, all in gloss red ikea...we love it..
The bathroom has a powerful shower and has recently been refurbished. There is a separate downstairs loo as well as the full bathroom upstairs.
We are looking for someone who is easy to get along with who likes to relax and wants a home not a house to live in? The room has two windows and a little fireplace, a double bed, integral wardrobe and a large chest of drawers .. Overall the house is relaxed and everything is included in the rent except electric,, which we share there is also Sky tv, wireless broadband and a land line if needed. All utilities are also included, so no other extra bills. We also have a large south facing garden..We do have a driveway for cars but there is plenty of off road parking outside and the road is wide and not a busy through fare.... we have a chocolate labrador called molly who is VERY friendly...It is a fairly quiet area and not far from the marsh at stanpit or the beach and quay...Ally
