Hello my name is Ken, I am live in landlord with my very friendly dog called Brock, their is one lady occupying the double bedroom, I like to chill Mon to Fri by listening to music, watching decent tv programmes & motor racing/ football, chatting, having a drink in the house now and then, doing crosswords/soduko puzzles, at w/ends a I like to go into the city centre bars, restaurants, the house is spacious and overlooks a park, it has two reception rooms, a modern kitchen with all the usual ammenities inc, range cooker, american f/freezer, dishwasher etc, large bathroom contains quadrant shower, & jacuzzi bath. please get in touch if you would like more info or a viewing.
