Looking for a fourth young professional/working persons to share this four bedroomed well appointed house in a very good residential area of Liverpool. Quiet location but convenient for bus routes into the city centre and for the motorway network (M62). All amenities nearby and just a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants, banks etc.
I also have a second situation which is the the occupancy of a large attic comprising bedroom/sitting room/office, as a lodger in a family home with two working persons. The rental is £300 per month, all bills inclusive. This is a good residential area of Wavertree/Childwall. A large family home with gardens, parking and all the usual amenities. Good access to city centre and M62 motor way.
