Preferred room and flatmate description

I am looking for a quiet, female(s) professional or mature/foriegn student, non-smoker, non-pet owner who needs a quiet place to live and work/study. My avenue is a cul-de-sac and is generally very peaceful. Parking is not really an issue but occasionally it gets busy. I am a part-time teacher and composer/jazz musician. We are close to good transport links to the city centre and the house is also near supermarkets and many restaurants, wine bars and pubs. We are a one minute walk from the 'Mystery Park' which has a very well equipped sports centre including a gym, swimming pool and tennis courts as well as an athletics stadium. Close by are two other parks, firstly Greenbank Park and by walking a further half mile, Sefton Park which often hosts charity runs, circus performances and concerts. There is another gym/sports centre between the two parks.

The house is quiet and peaceful and has a very nice bathroom (with separate walk-in shower) and good-sized kitchen. Wireless internet is also provided freely. The only other person living in the house is myself at present so there's never a problem with waiting for the bathroom etc! I eventually would like two tenants renting a room each in the house. Ideal for a serious Phd student/professional. The contract would be binding for between 3 and 6 months through mutual agreement in the first instance ; monthly after that.
