Hi Im Edmund ...28...I work as a Project and Commercial Manager in Leeds....into sports in a big way and singing/presenting/modelling. I am very friendly, honest and sociable.

I am looking for a professional or post-graduate student who is sociable would like to share my flat, whilst also being independent,honest and tidy. A non-smoker is preferred.

I have a fully furnished large double room available in my newly constructed 2 bedroom flat in Morley just at the top of Churwell Hill.( 10-15 mins from city centre 5 mins to the White Rose Shopping Centre and Morley Town Centre. There is a bus stop across the road 1-2 mins walk away which leads to the city centre and I am very well situated for all motorway networks). Also 5 mins from the M621 and M62/M1 motorway networks. Also train station is walking distance from my place.

The house is very well equipped. The bedroom is fully furnished. There is also a washing machine, oven & hob, fridge, microwave. There is also use of the internet if you have a laptop/computer. I have wireless.

The rent is £340 per month for the room including bills (except phone bills).
