Hi, we have now have 2 (not 4) spare rooms available both with single beds. I consider the rooms to be all medium sized single rooms. Each room has a sink, working taps (with constant hot water) and mirror for added benefit.

There are 2 shower/bathrooms (each with WC) as well as another 2 separate WC's in the house. Kitchen is kept in good order, i dont see the sink stacked up with dishes for days on end etc etc. It really is a chilled out household who work hard and do occasionally play hard:) but we;re definitely not messy messy.

There are 4, 19-22 yr old male students living here, 20 yr old charity fund raiser whos moving in as a result of this advert, another french girl 23 works too, and then therers myself the landlord (im 25) - my parents own this house. The house is in montpelier, richmond road, very close to the cadbury pub.

The rate is £300 per month per room ex bills which are shared amongst the other tenants - we'ev estimated the rates to be no more than around £30 pppm. Deposit - 1 Months rent. Email me if you're interested in viewing, im here most of the time or call/text Cheers, Tej.
