I have a double room to let in our very friendly/sociable household in Monk Bretton, Barnsley. The room is furnished with a double memory foam mattress bed and fitted wardrobes.
4 bed detatched new build in very desireable neighbourhood, large garden, off street parking, sky tv, internet etc.
I share my home with 2 other young professionals although I am away most of the time living abroad, when I am back we like to have a laugh together, eat, drink and watch movies etc Its a very sociable and friendly household. All bills are included in the rent, We have broadband and sky tv etc
