Preferred room and flatmate description

I am a female aged 24 looking for a single or double room in the area MiltonKeynes or bletchly. I am available to move from 06. 10. 2009 and have a budget of £ 85pw. I would like to share with males or females of any age. I would prefer a live out landlord as live in land lord does not suit me. I am looking for a room in the Milton Keynes area.

Would prefer landlord to except Housing benefit .

DSS payments are basically housing benefit provided by the council. It will take four weeks after the move in date for council to start paying the rent directly to you. This is councils policy.

I would like to move asap.

I have got good manners. I go to the gym regularly. I am a tidy person. I am a sociable person. Very polite also.

I will be starting to study in Feb 2010.
