It is close to the city centre as well as local amenities in Kingston shopping centre with easy access to the M1.
we have a clean small double unfurnished room which has just been let so we now have a double bedroom with ensuite furnished with bed which is available beginning to the start of december ask for details, all rooms have sky tv and wireless internet access throughout and we have a telephone landline for use, there is plenty of parking and a lovely garden with decking, everyone in this house gets on well so we are looking for someone who fits in and everyone will get on with, some of us are non smokers but dont mind if you do smoke outside, we require a deposit and 1st months rent on approval, you will not be dissapointed
