we are looking for a professional person to share our large 5 bedroom home in a lovely area of broughton It is close to the city centre as well as local amenities in Kingston shopping centre with easy access to the M1. we have a clean small double unfurnished room for rent ASAP this room has generated a lot of interest, this is also a double bedroom unfurnished but we can provide it furnished if required ask for details, all rooms have sky tv and wireless internet access throughout and we have a telephone landline for use, there is plenty of parking and a lovely garden with decking, everyone in this house gets on well so we are looking for someone who fits in and everyone will get on with, some of us are non smokers but dont mind if you do smoke outside, we require a deposit and 1st months rent on approval, you will not be dissapointed I Hope to hear from the right person soon, call or message us for details
