Preferred room and flatmate description

I'm looking for a friendly, relaxed housemate to share my house in Meanwood. The room is spacious, fully furnished with plenty of storage space and recently decorated with brand new carpets.

Have the usual stuff like SKY, Wi-Fi Broadband, gardens, garage for storage, new bathroom suite and redecorated bedrooms.

The area is lovely and quiet with woods and local country pubs on the door step yet Headingly and Chapel Allerton are 2mins away by car. The bus stop is 1min away and buses run every 10min to Leeds City Centre (3miles away) which is driveable in 15min - even in peak periods if u know the short cuts. Also shops and a great gym nearby.

I have lived here in Leeds for over 5 years now so my party pants are a lillte worn out, but they reappear on special occassions (photo evidence of clubbing in Newcastle couple of weeks ago - Above and Beyond rocked!). Generally mid week I take it easy and go to the gym and I socialise at weekends. My friends have just moved out so I'm looking for someone to join me, my new tenant and Parker the cat.
