Executives are now looking for high standard accommodation not just a room that is fit for student house share. We recognise this and therefore not just providing a modern property, well decorated, we have modernised all bathrooms. We also have decorated the property throughout, therefore the house will continue to look & feel brand new. and this is just one part of what we offer. The second is to ensure that we deliver a service that exceeds our tenants’ expectations.
We understand that as our tenants are working professionals with demanding careers and need flexibility therefore we have reduced our tenancy agreements to a minimum of six months
Maintenance of the properties is very important to us, we are available on our mobile 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Any problems are dealt with immediately ie: any leaks, washing machine breakdown, or even if any appliances need replacing.
The property is fully furnished with all mod cons, including washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer, Ironing board, vacuum, TV and as a extra bonus at no cost to the tenant we have provided wireless broadband, Sky satellite TV Subscription to Sky World.
