Close to the house are a range of restaurants, shops, supermarkets.

This is a professional house share and would suit young professionals aged 18 to 35 (sorry no students or DSS please). This house is kept clean to an immaculate condition -you won't find better. The room is vacant now and has been cleaned. It's due to be redecorated, as will the communal areas, so the house will continue to look & feel brand new.

Public Transport Services Marston Green is well served by transport connections. Marston Green railway station is situated on the West Coast mainline, with Virgin Intercity trains stopping at Birmingham International station, which is located near to the National Exhibition Centre and Birmingham International Airport. There are frequent local trains which stop at all local stations between Birmingham New Street and Coventry. The M6 and M42 motorway networks are also within easy reach, with the M6 junction located 2 miles away.
