Furnished large bedroom with double bed, Freeview TV, DVD, and broadband. Own bathroom with bath and shower. Full use of all amenities. Ample parking. All bills, (exc. landline ‘phone), included.
Baston, just outside Market Deeping, is a quaint village set equally apart, (15 mins), from Stamford, Peterborough and Spalding. There is a regular bus route too. The village has a post office/general store, hairdressers, butchers and garage.
My property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The house is about 12 years old, therefore fairly well established. Gardens to side and rear with a drive to a double garage at the front.
I teach Performing Arts in a local girls' school and am quite an active individual, which means that there are often times when I am not at the property. I would like to think myself a sociable and caring individual. Oh, there are two cats - Molly and Sparkles.
