I have available my spare room within my flat in Marchwood. My current flatmate is moving out at the end of June and the room is available from then. I dont spend much time at home myself but when i do i like to relax. I love my sport and socialising, and meeting new people! I love to travel and have a keen interest in different places in the world.
There is ample parking available and a secure shed for a bike to be stored if necessary.
I am looking for someone of similar nature who wants to share my home. Although i am sociable i dont do loud parties (prob because i dont have time!) My new flatmate would be free to use the place as if it were their own, as long as they tidy up after themselves, and are quiet and considerate during nocturnal hours! Other than that, the world(or flat) is your oyster!
You will be in the bigger of the two bedrroms and i can do furnished or unfurnished. It has a TV aerial and also a built in wardrobe and broadband connection. I also have wireless if you were to choose to operate in the living room off of a laptop etc. I have the full Sky TV and ESPN package.
If you choose the furnished option then there is a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and widescreen TV. The wardrobe is built in.
