Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi there,

my name is Max and I am very interested in the offered room. I am 21, German, and just did my Abitur exam(German equivalent to A-Levels) and I am contracted for an internship with an English company close to Manchester, which I need for my University studies. This is why I need accommodation for 6 months up from November. I am very interested to live by house share not only because of cost sharing aspects, I also prefer not to live alone. I would like to live in the city centre because I really like the city and I will have to commute every day from Piccadilly Station to my employer.

You might think it’s not worthwhile giving the room to someone who is in Germany right now and whom you cannot meet personally immediately - To compensate I'm willing to tell you what ever you want to know about me and send you photos. I consider myself to be a sociable and easy going person. I'm a rather easy going person and up for a laugh most of the time. I earn money at my internship and besides I am still supported by my parents so you can be sure my share of rent will be paid in time.
