Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi!

I am a mature student studying at Salford looking for a nice furnished or unfurnished double room in a nice flat/house preferably in the City Centre. I need to be near good transport links, a train station and local amenities, as I don't have a car! I'm really easy going, like to have a laugh and very tidy and would to share with like minded people of a similar age.

Although I am a student I am financially secure and would like something in a nice area that I could call home as opposed to somewhere I just lodge.
