Preferred room and flatmate description

I am looking for a double room in a city centre apartment, however I would also consider the surrounding area's of Manchester, room and area dependant...

I am a 25 year old straight single male who works Mon-Fri 9-5 for a Solicitors practice in Manchester City centre. I am a very clean, friendly, sociable guy who enjoys the weekends but works hard during to week. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, socialising with friends, watching/playing sports, listening to music and going to gigs and so on...and I am looking for a compatible flat mate.

I am due to move out of my current accommodation at the end of January and I am looking to move closer to work (i.e. City Centre) I know it’s a long time before I am due to move out/move in a new place, but I want to find the right place and the right flat mate, plus I know how difficult it will be to find somewhere so soon after Christmas.

If the place you are looking to share is available just before or just after the dates I am looking to move out I would still consider it, as I may to be able to cut short or extend my stay where I am now…
