23 year old, young professional, non-smoking male ( developer ) looking for a flat as close to the city centre as possible or in the Didsbury area, as I need to travel between the two quite often, with a reasonable price.
Looking to move in around end of June/Beginning of July 2012. I would preferably like to spend no more than 450/480 PCM (including bills)
I get on with most, if not all, from various backgrounds and am known to be considerate and fairly quiet(when neccessary).
Ideally looking for a place to stay at least 12 months + but if i can't find anything, 6months will do.
