    Professionals who are looking for a quiet, comfortable house to share. Tenants are currently mixed m//f and are easy going and good fun - they would like more of the same - male or female. Rent INCLUDING UTILITIES (including a cleaner) is £360 pmth. COUNCIL TAX IS AN ADDITIONAL £40 pmth. The house has been refurbished with a very large new kitchen, new bathroom and new shower room. Each room is of double size and furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, study desk and broadband internet point. I am a professional landlord and my main interest is my tenants welfare. A happy house means happy tenants! The house is situated just off Bury New Road, near to Albert Park.
