There are 15 larger than average size bedrooms on 4 floors. Each floor is split into two with each half having its own fully equipped kitchen, lounge/diner with TV. Therefore it is ideal either for single students or groups of students wanting to reside together as each half floor is self contained with its own security lock system. There is a coin operated launderette on the 4th floor.
There are telephone sockets in each room and a line can be connected on request.
Internet Cyberware wireless network, which is not included in the rent.
A night porter occupies the front entrance hall for added protection and security.
There is no provision for parking but there are two large public car parks close to the building. Also management of the building is administered from an office on the ground floor during normal working hours.
Clydesdale House is situated adjacent to the metro link in the main shopping area in the heart of the city regeneration area, in which there is always plenty of job opportunities available. It is central for all universities, bus and railway stations are 5 minutes walk.
Also within very easy access there are theatres, cinemas, restaurants, pavement café
bars, high street shops, exhibition centres, museums and libraries which all offer a taste
of eclectic city centre life.
