I''m currently based in Afghanistan working as a Firefighter, which means I'm away for 3 out of every 4 months!! Which invariably means I'm looking for someone trustworthy, honest and reliable... as I won't be there for most of the year!!
There is a choice of two rooms...
Bedroom 1: Large Double Bedroom, with WiFi, Virgin Digi Box (Just need a television to plug into it), Double Bed, Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers and Bedside Table. £350 pcm.
Bedroom 2: Sizeable Single Bedroom, with WiFi, Single Bed, Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers and Bedside table. (If required, Virgin Digi Box [own television required], can be installed for an extra £10 per month). £250 pcm.
Whichever room you choose, I will take the remaining room for when I'm home on leave. (So don't be cluttering it up in my absence, lol)
At present, my current housemate is still occupying the double bedroom, but she moves out on the 12th May... so if you come to view before hand, please be aware that it won't be particularly tidy as she's in the process of packing up her stuff.
On a final note, I DO have a Cat who is very independent... she was a rescue animal so I'm reluctant to re-home her as she is now settled... so all I'd ask is that she is fed and watered, and let out whenever necessary. I will leave enough Cat food to cover my absences so you don't have to pay for anything.
