Laidback house to share with two 30(ish) professionals (one of us will be away Mon to Fri and some weekends so almost a 2 person houseshare) Oh and one shy cat. The room is a double, fully furnished with EVERYTHING inc in rent. (sky tv, wireless broadband, council tax, all utilities) and about a 15min drive to city centre. Looking for a friendly housemate rather than just a lodger who is relatively tidy but not obsessive and likes a few glasses of wine.ps..
