Preferred room and flatmate description

Hiya, We're looking for a house mate to move into our spare room. At the moment its just me and my girlfriend. We like to have fun at the weekends but is pretty quiet in the week as we both work long hours.

The room is pretty big and is furnished to a high standard, courtesy of Ikea ;-). There is a double bed and loft space for storage.

There is a big lounge and dining room. The kitchen has a range cooker and a big table in there which is good for breakfast and generally gossiping around.

I work from home so stuff with the house gets sorted out pretty quickly. Also means that I can cook in the day so occasionally you'll come home to a big cooked meal. the last person that stayed here just contributed to the food and I cooked for everyone, it worked out pretty well. But if you don't want to do that its not a problem.

The house is near to two main bus routes so its really easy to get into town. You can walk it in 25 minutes if the weather is nice. Taxi's are pretty cheap as well. The closest decent pub is about a ten minute walk away, there are a couple of really good food places there as well.

I've got no problem with couples but the price is a little higher.

All of the bills are included in the rent.
