I have a single room with its own bathroom available from 3rd June at 400GBP. I also have a double ensuite at £450pcm available from the 10th July. The flat is in a high spec building in central Manchester. I am only looking for tenants on short term let, 1 or 2 months to begin with.
The location has very good transport links, by foot you are:
- 10 mins from the universities and city centre
- 1 min to nearest bus stop
- 5 mins to trams
- 8 mins to the train station.
The bedroom, lounge and kitchen are fully furnished; there is a dishwasher, washer/dryer, house alarm, tv, iron, hoover, security system etc. Bills are not included but works out roughly to be 50-80pcm (depending on the season) + 60 council tax (zero if you're a student). One month's deposit is required and is refundable subject to condition of returned room and bills settled.
