I will be renting a medium sized room for £60 per week,which includes the bed and all wardrobes and drawers for your clothes. The house also has wi-fi internet access. Cooker, washer, dryer, dishwasher and all the usual appliances and gadgets. There is a bathroom which also has a shower and bath spa. I pay for all the electric, gas, water rates, tv etc. You are welcome to use the telephone free of charge to landlines and orange phones only. Two gardens, CCTV and fully house alarmed. No smoking in the house, but you can go outside or into the caravan. I do like the odd drink, maybe twice a week, but likes to be fresh for work the next morning. I work for myself as a gardener. I am very clean and tidy. I do have manners and very down to earth, as I do like a laugh also. The other three housemates are all down to earth and you will definately have a laugh with them. The house seems to be turning into a bit of a fun house to an extent, lol. I am looking for either short or long term and also to make friends too. So if all goes well, then the possibility of the odd night out would be fun too. I am not in your face, so you can be as private or chatty as you wish. I know it is always nice to have your bit of space too. So all I must say now is, if this is for you, then you will need to get in contact with me for any further information. By the way, the distance to either Doncaster or Rotherham is 8 miles and 6 miles respectively. On a bus route which takes about 15 mins to either town. We have now aquired 10 chickens which are out of sight in a chicken coop around the back, so if you like eggs, then this could get you the odd free meal too ha ha.
