Preferred room and flatmate description
I have a double room available with a king size bed within the room, and there is plenty of floor space. The room is furnised with a desk, wardrobe and a sink. The house is located in Springbourne in a house with 4 other students 2 boys and 2 girls and they are all freshers, who are outgoing but not too outgoing, they are also clean and civilised.
I am leaving Uni because i dont like my course so i need someone to take my room.
University wise the its a 30 minute walk, 10 minute bike ride and there are several bus stops outside the house that go straight to the Uni. The house is 10 minutes from the town centre and there is also rear and front car parking space.
The rent is £282 a month and this does not include bills, although the bills are fairly cheap, it will cost average of £35-45 a month with ALL bills.
