We have a lovely modern large ensuite room and a gorgeous double and single rooms becoming available. The rooms are in a nice modern house which was totally refurbished in January 2011 with a huge shared lounge, bathroom, garden, conservatory and kitchen ( includes large american fridge freezer etc) in Central Maldon sharing with easygoing professionals. We are now taking bookings for viewings (both daytime and evenings). All of our rental properties are decorated and furnished to feel like homes rather than just rentals. The property is a short walk from Maldon centre and High Street.
The rooms becoming available are as follows:
1) A recently decorated ensuite room, power shower, heated towel rail, modern bathroom suite, all mod cons. Shared kitchen & Large lounge (tv and cable) and garden. The room is fully furnished with quality furniture (or can be rented as unfurnished). The rent is £115 per week inclusive of all bills, Broadband, SKY TV (in room and lounge) and a Weekly Cleaner.
2) All of the above but with no ensuite is £105 per week fully inclusive.
3) All of the above but a single room with no en suite sharing the communal bathroom at £75pw fully inclusive.
