Hi I have very successfully shared with 6 previous flatmates (in the last 7 years), four of which came from this website. I would like to think that I am really easy to get along with, I have a good sense of humour and I am clean and tidy. My ideal housemate would be someone who like me is a professional, is easy going, is also clean and tidy and likes animals. (I have a really wonderful dog and cat - who are both very well behaved, do not moult and do not smell!!).
My house is beautifully furnished and is somewhere you can truly relax. I enjoy cooking (which can be useful) and there is a garden large enough for BBQ's in the summer. My last housemate, who is about to leave, was a contractor who returned home at the weekends, this situation seemed to work really well for us both so would be happy to repeat it again. As I ride horses and have a job that requires international travel I return late most evenings or will be traveling internationally, so sharing with someone who is independent or a self starter would be off benefit. (No smokers please).
