MONDAY to FRIDAY ONLY - I have double bedded rooms available in a detached stylish modern bungerlow. One room comprises of double french doors opening out onto the garden. Double soft bed, 2 bedside tables and a TV socket and the usual plug sockets. Decorated to a high standard. The room is very clean and decorated to a high standard with new carpeting. Storage in garage is available by negotiation. The other double room is larger with a 6 ft bed and plenty of space for clothes etc. Wireless internet access is available throughout the house. Will consider short term lets for those on short term contracts in the area. All previous lodgers have really enjoyed living here and can be contacted for references if required.
This house is very private and has double gates that are locked at night to add extra security for cars and occupants. The garden is large and private. The house is very clean and tidy and decorated to a high standard. I'm looking for a professional persons who are in need of a high standard of accomadation but needs peace and quiet during the week and is not allegic to cats. I require clean and tidy occupants who will respect my property. The rent includes all bills. Short stays considered. Couples will not be considered - sorry. This is a well maintained and stylish house and you would be very happy here if you need traquility and a high level of comfort.
