Due to a last minute cock up I have a four bed house available. It is just off shelthorpe road in a nice area of town. I would prefer a single tenancy but may consider single rooms. The rooms vary in size from large to small, so would prefer to set a price of £230 per week for the whole house. I suspect this may be 70+60+50+50, but sharers can decide.
Open to suggestions, but likely duration will be up to end June 2012.
