Preferred room and flatmate description

Available for rent is a large double bedroom with all bills included. The room has a double bed in. Included in the cost is sky in your room (but not a TV, just the sky box) and wireless internet. The room is furnished. I have a small back graden which has a patio area and some grass. There is a lot of parking. Including some off street parking.

As it says there are three bedrooms, however I use one as a study, so you will be sharing the house with 1 person. It also says one bathroom which is true but there is also a downstairs cloakroom as well.

The house is in Lordshill. There are several bus stops close to the house. Within easy walking distance is a large supermarket and a few other shops. The is a lot of parking in the area. The house is also close to Southampton General hospital and M271.

I am a secondary school teacher, and I am a guide leader.
