Double room for rent in largely re-furbished end terrace in the town of Longridge. 5 minutes drive from the M6, junction 31a. Regular buses into Preston city centre.
I am a teacher and am rarely in as I have a busy life outside work. I have spent the last few years renovating the house and it is almost finished.
I am looking for housemate who is tidy - university student or professional. The rental period can be long or short term as I will be looking to rent the room out for at least the next six months. The house is very big with a new kitchen and bathroom.
The room for rent has been recently re-decorated and has a cast iron bed and wardrobe supplied. The kitchen is furnished with pots, pans etc. and I have a washing machine.
