Hi, I'm Tanya and moved to the North West five years ago.

I have a double room to rent in Longridge, Preston. The room is big in a largely re-furbished end terrace house. It has a double bed and old chest of drawers and wardrobe.

I work during the week and spend a few evenings per week at the gym, out with friends etc. so I am out a lot. I'm looking for a housemate who is reasonably tidy, considerate and likes their own space.

The rental period can be long or short term. I will be looking to rent the room out for at least the next 18 months.

The house is big (3 bedroom) with a new kitchen and new bathroom - it has a luxury free standing bath!
