We are both sociable and would like someone of a similar age who is tidy and considerate but also sociable, friendly and well educated! I have decorated my house from top to bottom within the last few years and the double room is available with furniture.
I live in a three bedroom end-terrace house in a quiet location with plenty of street parking. The shared areas include a large lounge/dining area, a large modern kitchen, a large bathroom, a conservatory and a garden with bbq! The room to rent is a small sized double with plenty of storage.
