I have a furnished double room available in a beautiful house in Castle Donington. The house is located in a good area in a quiet cul-de-sac a two minute walk to the bus station and shops. There are regular buses to the airport and surrounding towns (Loughborough, Derby, Long Eaton etc) The M1/A50 junction and airport are 2 minutes away. The house has been recently extended and refurbished in a contemporary style to a very high standard. There is a beautiful new well equipped kitchen finished in french travertine stone, a new conservatory/diner overlooking a beautiful courtyard/garden (excellent for barbeques), two contemporary bathrooms with good showers and a large off-road parking area. There are all the usual facilities - dishwasher, washer, dryer etc. Wireless internet and Sky TV (the full package) are included in the rent, as are all the bills. The house is tidy and homely and maintained to a high standard. I am looking for friendly respectful people who will appreciate a nice space to relax.
