I'm a professional worker and travel a lot with my job, sometimes at short notice. Because of this I want to rent a room where I can stay for as long or little as I like and not be committed to paying for long periods of time when I won't be around.
I would like a place where the minimum commitment is 1 month at most. Then I can give 1 month's notice when I want to leave the property.
I'm respectful of fellow flatmates, keep clean and tidy and can get along with just about anyone.
