Preferred room and flatmate description

I am doing a year placement and need to find a place in London to stay for 6 to 8 months. I am going back to uni to complete my final year after my placement. I am a person can keep the flat tidy and enjoy quiet time myself. I also looking for a housemates who can keep the common area clean as well.

I am looking for a room with double bed somewhere in south of London. My budjet is 350 to 450 depends the area (will consider house from zone 1 upto zone 4) and what bills is include. Also the house need a good transport to the city (Farringdon/ Mooragate / Liverpool Street station).
