Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi there,

I am a young Professional who works in Sales on Fleet Street in the City. I am looking for a Large Double room or Double with plenty of built in storage (typical female with a shopping addiction!) in the Waterloo/Southwark area.

I work long hours and as such I'm not around much during the week and at weekends I like to go out but am not opposed to having a chilled one with DVD's and a pizza! I have been flat sharing for the past 5 years and as such am well trained - clean, tidy and pay rent & bills on time. I like my own space and respect that of others but am also happy socialising and am keen to live in a share with similar professionals.

My budget is 600 exc bills or 670 inc bills and I am available to move at the end December.
