Preferred room and flatmate description

I was born in Germany but I lived in London for 3.5 years now. I'd be most happy in a reasonable clean flat with people who can communicate with each other. I don't take drugs, wine and cigarettes are my only pleasure in that department. People say its easy to get on with me, as I am flexible and adaptable.
