Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi! My names Emma, I’m a 32 yr old professional who has a secure income but who also has creative tendencies (I’ve just brought my own little sewing machine as I want to learn to make clothes and stuff-exciting!!!) I’m looking for a flat share in zone 1, preferably central around Covent Garden/Strand/Soho/embankment area. I’m looking spend £700 max (it’s a tall order I know but im crossing my fingers that my perfect place and flat mates will be out there!). My perfect place would be in a character property, or something a bit quirky or different, failing that then somewhere with neutral decor. But above that nice flatshare mates are more important! I dont mind sharing with students or professiols. I’m fairly quiet but always up for a party, I’m easy going am a tidy person (but not overly obsessive!). I like reading, going out, shopping - all the normal things really…and I quite like watching football but am not a ladette or anything! As a new comer to the city i'm loving discovering all of the art galleries and culture too. I’m respectful of others space but wouldn’t mind the odd chat over a glass of wine or popping to the local sometimes. I don’t mind sharing with guys or girls and although straight and very accepting others lifestyles and beliefs.
