hiya i m Sandra and i have a room to rent(double) in a 4 bedroom house in pentwyn-cardiff.the house is spacious and clean and has car parking available.further on everything is fully furbished.internet,tv,phone,washing mashine in the house.we re looking for clean,tidy and friendly professional people to move in from mid October on.1 months rent is required as a bond and there is a minimum of 4 months stay. We re professionals from poland, slovakia and germany.the are itself is about 10 min drive from cardiff centre,its near shops,bus station,post as well as parks and leisure centre. so if u think that fits for me let me know
