Preferred room and flatmate description
Postcode is CF5 3BF, have a look on google maps - http://maps.google.co.uk (the map that ERM shows on this page is WRONG). Very well situated if you're driving, right on the A48. If you need to get into the uni or the centre, both are about 15minutes by regular bus, and the bus-stop is right outside! :)
Internet is ludicrously quick (a true 24Mbit, and no bandwidth throttling etc on it). I use it for work, so intentionally moved somewhere it'd be quick, and got the best you can. Living room has a big comfy sofa, a nice 40" full-HD, a computer connected to it for watching downloaded stuff, and a blu-ray player. Enough toys basically :) Wireless throughout the house too, of course!
I'm a single professional male. I work from home as a self-employed web developer, and am looking for someone to help me pay the bills. When I'm not working I enjoy all the normal things, you know, slobbing on the sofa, going to the cinema, out pubbing etc.
I'm also a very sporty/outdoorsy type though, and spend a lot of my spare time downhill MTB racing (most weekends) and climbing (generally one evening a week at the indoor wall at Boulders, or in the daytime if the weather's nice).
I'm relatively neat, but not anal about it.
The house is a new build, about a year old and I've lived in it for half of that. Bottom floor is LARGE kitchen/diner, garage and toilet. Middle floor is my room with en-suite, bathroom and LARGE living room. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms, only looking to rent one of them out for the time being I think. That said, if there's two of you looking for somewhere to live together, could work I suppose! I currently work from the living room, and don't take up much space in it. Could relocate my "office" to one of the spare rooms though if you preferred.
The main bathroom would be pretty much exclusively yours as I have an en-suite, I'd only ever use it for the bath, which is rare. There's a shower over the bath too.
There's a small garden, and I need to cut the grass! :-)

I've photographed the nicer (in my opinion) of the two rooms, though you'd have your choice of two.. Rooms are currently unfurnished, but if you want to move in and don't have stuff I'm happy to furnish to your taste, within reason! :-D
