Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi there, I'm 28 years old and work part-timewhilst studying a full time degree at University of Liverpool I am looking for my next long term home, ideally over 3 years. I am a bubbly, extroverted and fun person to be around (you'll find im often cracking jokes, lol), i'm a considerate person aswell for example, if you need your own space i'll respect that, or, if you've had a crap day/week i'm usually a listener rather than a talker. I love having a good chinwag though over a bottle of wine, or popping to the local pub for a few drinks. I don't tend to go to town that often of a weekend, usually once every 4 weeks or so, and that's because 1, cant afford to do it every week, and 2. I'm not 17 anymore so cant hack it like i used to! lol I prefer going the local if anything or, having a night in with plenty of bottles of wine. So yeh, i'll be a very quiet housemate at weekends - you won't find me stumbling in at 4am at the weekend making a noise and that's what i'll expect from my prospective housemate too, lol i,e, i'm not a fan of housemates bringing a group of friends back to the house at all hours making a noise with the music on loud!!! Ok, every blue moon maybe, but i seriously am after a quiet house. I am a tidy person, and i'm really easy to get on with.. Location wise, ok - my piority location is off Allerton Road, Childwall (by 5ways/Woolton Road), Rose Lane (top end by Tesco) or Calderstones. Second location is city centre, L1 or L2 postcode or Georgian Quarter. PLEASE dont bother emailing me if your property is not in either of these locations as i wont be interested ATALL!! Soooo, if you're looking for a fun housemate, easy to get on with, who's a good laugh and will treat the house with respect then i could be the housemate for you!! Allerton road is ideal for me because i know the area well, i have friends around there and i just LOVE going to Allerton Road for drinks! I would ideally like to share with 1 other female only who is over the age of 26. I love to travel aswell, so i'll have plenty of travelling adventures to share!
