Preferred room and flatmate description
Looking for a double room to rent on good transport links to city centre for minimum of 12 months probably 18/24 months. I'm 38 and work at the Royal Liverpool Hospital. I am respectful to others, clean and tidy. I like a beer at the weekend as we all do (or glass of wine !). Every other weekend would be away visiting friends and family. Will have to give a months notice to existing landlord so would be looking at the beginning of December
