Hi... There are one room available in this property right now but soon more will be available. The room is ready to move in from 9th of April. The house is very spacious. The kitchen is huge with plenty of storage. There are Two wash rooms. The bath and toilet is absolutely gigantic. There is a living room and rooms are very spacious.
The house is located on Prescot street, next to Prospect Point perfect for Medical or Dental Student or any Liverpool students in general. I am, my self a third year Dentist and my other house mate is an Irish girl in her final year of ophthalmology which leaves end of May and a German student exchange on placement who leaves in September. We are very respectful, friendly, dont mind a party and down to earth people. The room that become available is as a result of one our house mate is going back to Egypt so ,,,
We have a lovely landlord and land lady. The land lady sort of clean the house every week and spoils us . In terms of amneties you have everything around you from Spa to Liddle and Tesco to Domino and etc... Harold Cohen library is 5 mins walking away....
The bills get shared between all of us so there is no hidden cost and it varies as like in winter we use more gas and electricity but the bills go very cheap for summers. There is a 1 Month deposit needed for this place.
Who ever wants to rent this room must be student for council tax purposes.
