Heya. The flat is located on the docks, 10 minute walk from Albert Dock. Penthouse. Very clean with all housemates being young profesionals at Liverpool Uni. Flat has beautiful views of the marina from the East facing balcony and is situated directly on the waters edge. Full HD 42 inch TV, beer fridge and double size leather sofa in the living room as well as full entertainment system. Unbelievable value. Housemates are great banter and laughs are a-plenty! Enjoy going out on nights out regularly. Very easy going. Often spend nights watching films together in living room or playing PS3.
Since we are all students technically we do not have to pay council tax so if you are not a student then the council tax will pretty much double you're monthly rent.
