Large double room to rent in a smart 3-bed house, on quiet estate with shops and pub nearby. Great access for A38/A50. The rent includes all electric/gas/water/council tax/TV & Broadband bills. Phone not included.
The room is sunny (west-facing), with double bed (linen supplied) a desk/chair and has plenty of built-in wardrobe space. Shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge with TV and wireless broadband internet. Spacious corner-plot garden with decking / BBQ area for enjoying the summer.
Me? I'm a friendly, laid-back professional, with varied interests including rock-climbing, badminton and running (I'm not fast, but I've done a couple of marathons). I'm not usually seen propping up the bar, but I don't mind the odd pint. I share the house with my girlfriend, who also works. She's a great cook, and a bit of a budding artist, so you might expect to see an easel and paints.
