large single room in Barton on sea, 5-7 min drive from Christchurch. recently modernised and very clean (see photos) , internet , off road parking, share bathroom with only one other, plenty extra storage space, share electric bill equally, no other bills. I am the owner and live in the property. I have one other tenant, Kenny, who has shared my home for 3 1/2 yrs. We are both hard working, quiet, clean and friendly.
