Preferred room and flatmate description

I have a large double spare room in a lovely new build 3 bedroomed, 3 storey town house. The room is situated on the first floor and has access to it's own family bathroom. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, computer desk and even has a 28 inch television and a sky box with freeview access and wifi broadband available.

The house is beautifully furnished and has a south facing garden to the rear. It is located close to all amenities and on main bus routes and is within a 7/10 min walk of the train station on the main lines to Rochdale, Manchester (25mins on the train), Halifax and Leeds (and of course all stops in between). There is easy access to the M62 from junction 21 (milnrow) which is under 10 min drive from the house.

I have priced the room at £260 pcm plus half the bills. I am not in a drastic hurry to let the room and so am looking to let from March next year, but if the right person comes forward prior to that date, I will consider it.

I am looking for another single reliable professional person to house share with. Erasmus Students undertaking teaching/ work placements are also very welcome.
