We are a friendly Asian family looking to rent a spare single room. Ideally to a working professional. House is located in Little stoke with easy access to bus route and nearby is Bristol parkway train station. Excellent location for accessing Airbus, Rolls Royce, MOD, Southmead Hospital, UWE, Aztec West, etc. On-street parking, fully furnished and wireless internet available. Rent is £300 including all bills. If you require we can provide 3 meals and that would be chargeable separately.
